Activity 3: Dear Jacinda Ardern
Dear Jacinda Ardern
Dear Jacinda Ardern
In my personal opinion, I think New Zealand shouldn’t send rubbish overseas and they should. I am going to give you 3 reasons why.
Firstly, When NZ sends rubbish overseas they burn it, this is bad because the pollution from the air will suffocate the citizens in the nearby cities. For example in this video citizens talk about how it pollutes the city and gives children diseases that they never had like asthma.
Secondly, the rubbish sometimes gets chucked in the sea and harm the sea life around it. For example like in this video it harms this turtle with a straw in his nose and the people have to try and get it out of the nose.
Thirdly, it is good because they make good stuff out of it like the Adidas shoes. For example in this video it shows how Adidas makes good shoes.
So, in conclusion, hope I have convinced on why we should not let NZ send rubbish overseas.
Yours Sincerely Gammado
